Our gang includes artists, designers, developers, project managers, writers and software engineers but despite the fact that we’re a tight team, and we generally understand what’s happening across projects, every now and then we miss the detail, or only see the end product.

That’s why we introduced Show and Tell. It’s our weekly get together which gives us the opportunity to find out what our colleagues are really up to.

For the last hour on a Friday the team gathers in the Co.Pop meeting room and we focus on one person’s recent work. That might be the rendering of a 3D image of human lungs, the outcomes of our kids’ focus group, how a designer approaches React Native, or the final projects from our management training programme.
