At Corporation Pop we design and develop mobile applications, websites, games, AR and VR experiences, and enterprise software across a range of media and devices. We have the hunger, agility and attitude of a startup, yet the leadership, sticking power and experience of a company that has been around for more than 30 years.
Our roots are in design. Both our Managing Director and Chairman started their careers in the discipline. Go far enough back, and you’ll find album sleeves, flyers, book covers and Magic Eye 3D books in our archives.
In the nineties, we produced branding for MTV UK and began our continuing body of work with music and entertainment brands. They included Manchester pioneers Sankey’s Soap, Electric Chair, Grand Central Records and The Warehouse Project.
Continuing our evolution, we began our ongoing relationship with some of the UK’s leading music festivals. To this day we count giants like Reading and Leeds, Download, Latitude and Wireless as clients. And since 2008 we’ve delivered the annual branding campaign along with the website for Creamfields, the UK’s biggest dance music festival.
A Brave New World
Old school design naturally led to digital and as the internet exploded, we were at the forefront. Apps followed websites; virtual reality and augmented reality were not far behind. We got onboard with AI and chatbots; and built 3D worlds. We even forged a path in the fields of paediatric health and digital therapeutics.
With every new technological development, Corporation Pop has been there, making companies look good by designing, creating and delivering digital products. Innovation has always been deeply rooted in our work. At Corporation Pop, we create original, intelligent and engaging tools that help our clients communicate with their audience.
Corporation Pop works with companies both big and small, from startup to public sector. But we don’t get out of bed for just anyone. We believe the integrity of the product, and the user experience are paramount. Whilst sticking to that ethos, we’ve delivered ground breaking software in immersive gaming, for national TV broadcasters, the NHS, Live Nation, Manchester Metropolitan University, Study Group and Xploro to name a few.
The user is king
Simply put, we give audiences a five star experience. We do that by gaining a profound understanding of their needs and delivering a robust product that is original, intelligent and engaging. Corporation Pop uses an Agile, user-centred approach to ensure we deliver the best product possible for users whilst remaining adaptable and responsive throughout a project.
We collaborate with trusted specialists in security and testing who are experts in their fields and ensure what we put out is as safe as houses. But we never outsource our design and build services. We produce everything in our Manchester studio, and we don’t hire freelancers. We’re a solid team who work closely together and who value our relationships, both with each other and with our clients, very highly indeed.
The proof of the pudding…
But don’t take our word for it, read our Clutch reviews. See what our clients, both past and present, have to say about us and the work we’ve produced.
